Rep. Abubakar Bichi Gifts 1000 Riyals to Bichi Pilgrims at Minna Tent
The Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriation, Honourable Abba Bichi, has gifted 79 pilgrims from his federal constituency in Bichi from Kano state with 1000 Saudi Riyals each, equivalent to 400,000 Nigerian Naira during their stay at Minna in Saudi Arabia.
A release issued to newsmen by his media office stated that Honourable Abubakar Kabiru Bichi offered the Bichi pilgrims this gift when he visited their Tent in Minna as part of his gesture to the pilgrims from his constituency who are currently performing the 2024 Hajj in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The cumulative sum was put at 31 million 600 thousand Naira.
The 79 Bichi Pilgrims who benefited from Honourable Bichi’s gesture are part of millions of World Muslims who spent the night at Minna as part of fulfilling the obligations of the Hajj.
Honourable Bichi urged the 79 pilgrims to continue dedicating themselves to the worship of the Almighty Allah and to pray for the progress and prosperity of Nigeria.
