Saraki sponsored 100 students in Kwara
Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, former Senate President of the 8th National assembly has sponsored 100 students to study at Muhammad Kamalud-Deen University, Ilorin, in Kwara State, as part of his scholarships scheme.
Saraki Said this during his meeting with the Screening Committee for the Abubakar Bukola Saraki Foundation Scholarship Programme on Monday in Kwara State, where he reiterated his dedication to educational advancement in his state and the nation at large.
Dr. Saraki who presided the 8th National assembly during the first tenure of Muhammad Buhari emphasized the importance of providing opportunities for quality education, stating that the scholarships aim to empower talented individuals and nurture future leaders across various fields.
He, however encouraged eligible students to seize the opportunity, he revealed that available scholarship slots are still available for application through the Foundation’s website.
