Senator Lalong who attended the reception events organised in honour of some of the Judges described their appointments as well deserved.
In a statement signed by Dr. Makut Simon Macham, his

Lalong was at the reception for Justice Jummai Chundung Sankey, the first female Judge from Plateau State to take a seat at the nation’s apex court.
He described her as a trail blazer who has over the years made her mark in the nation’s Judiciary where she is recognised for quality, fearless and sound pronouncements.
He wished her well as said the nation as well as the people of Plateau State are praying for her to succeed in this assignment by dispensing Justice to all without fear, favour, affection or ill-will.
Senator Lalong also witnessed the reception programme for Justice Haruna Tsammani as well as Justice Stephen Jonah Adah where he equally congratulated them over their well deserved elevation to the Supreme Court.
He said the duo have over the years performed creditably and made sure that their calling into the Judiciary is justified.
While praying God to grant them wisdom and courage to continue to serve with integrity, patriotism, truth and justice, Lalong urged them to remain focused on the national assignment given to them.
