From Umar Dankano, Yola

Adamawa State Deputy Governor, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, hails the Supreme Court ruling affirming Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s victory in the 2023 general elections as a mandate from the people for more dividends of democracy.

The Apex court’s judgment favored Fintiri against the APC gubernatorial candidate, Aishatu Dahiru Binani.

Farauta urges citizens to fervently pray for the success of the Fintiri-led administration, emphasizing that peace and harmony are essential for progress.

During the briefing, Deputy Governor Farauta, visibly excited, was accompanied by SSG Hon. Awwal Tukur, Chief of Staff to the Governor Edgar Amos, Speaker of the State Assembly Hon. Bathiya Wesley, and other government functionaries.
