UMYU extends sympathy to Gov Radda over road accident

The Vice Chancellor of Umaru Musa Yar’adua University UMYU Katsina, Professor Shehu Salihu Muhammad, has extended heartfelt sympathy and prayers to the Executive Governor of Katsina State, Dikko Umaru Radda, following a recent motor vehicle accident involving the governor and some members
In an official letter released by the university, Professor Muhammad expressed deep concern over the unfortunate incident, which reportedly resulted in minor injuries to a few individuals.
He conveyed the sympathy of the entire UMYU community to Governor Radda and all those affected by the incident.
The Vice Chancellor expressed gratitude to Allah for His divine protection over the governor and others involved, noting that the incident could have been more severe.
“Indeed, His benevolence is ever present and we pray that He continues to shield him, his family and the good people of Katsina State from all harm and adversity,” he said.
Professor Muhammad praised the governor’s commitment to the development and progress of Katsina State, describing him as a source of inspiration.
He prayed for the governor’s continued strength, health and divine protection as he carries out the responsibilities of leadership.
He also offered prayers for the swift recovery of those who sustained injuries in the accident, reaffirming the university’s solidarity with the governor and the people of the state during this period.
