“The Large scale recruitment of new personnel and expanded local and international training opportunities were cited as part of the government’s broader strategy to reposition the civil service.”

In a welcome address, Lead Consultant from Ventures Consultancy Nigeria Limited, Malam Abdulrazaq Ibrahim, commended Governor Buni’s visionary leadership and consistent support for civil service capacity development.
