In life, people are often quick to judge the success, decisions and circumstances of others without considering the difficulties, sacrifices and personal struggles behind their journeys.
This has become particularly evident in the case of renowned Nigerian actor, musician, filmmaker and entertainer, Adam A. Zango. Whenever something happens in his personal or professional life, many people rush to conclusions, spread unverified stories or interpret the situation according to their individual opinions.
Unfortunately, only a few take the time to understand that life is not controlled by public opinion. Every human being has a unique journey shaped by personal choices, challenges, divine destiny and circumstances that may not be visible to outsiders.
The truth is that success does not protect anyone from hardship. Fame does not eliminate pain, disappointment or personal trials. Celebrities are human beings before they are public figures, and they also experience moments of happiness, sadness, uncertainty and difficult decisions.
Adam A. Zango’s journey has never been an ordinary one. He rose from humble beginnings through determination, talent, discipline and perseverance. His career has passed through several stages, including moments of rejection, misunderstanding, criticism and major challenges.
Despite these difficulties, he continued to work, create opportunities and inspire millions of people through music, acting and filmmaking.
Many people celebrate the visible rewards of success but ignore the years of sacrifice required to achieve them. They see the fame, recognition and achievements, but they do not always see the sleepless nights, disappointments, betrayals, financial risks and emotional pressure involved.
It is therefore unfair for people to constantly wait for something negative to happen in the life of a successful person before expressing excitement or making harmful comments.
Some individuals behave as though another person’s difficulty is their source of happiness. Whenever there is a misunderstanding, family issue, business disagreement or professional setback, they immediately begin to celebrate, insult or spread rumours. This attitude reflects a serious problem within society.
A person who genuinely understands life will know that no condition is permanent. Today, one person may be successful and celebrated, while tomorrow another person may receive a greater opportunity. Similarly, someone facing hardship today may experience peace, progress and success tomorrow. Life changes constantly, and no human being has complete control over what the future holds.
People must learn to separate destiny from personal hatred. What God has ordained for an individual cannot be stopped by jealousy, gossip, mockery or public condemnation.
If Allah has written success, honour and elevation for someone, no amount of negative discussion can prevent it. In the same way, every individual will face certain tests as part of life, regardless of wealth, popularity or social position.
Adam A. Zango’s life is an example of resilience. He has experienced different situations that could have discouraged or defeated many people, yet he has continued to rise, rebuild and remain relevant.
His longevity in the entertainment industry is not an accident. It is the result of hard work, creativity, adaptability and the grace of God.
For many years, he has contributed significantly to the growth of the Hausa entertainment industry and Nigerian popular culture. His work has created opportunities for actors, singers, producers, dancers, directors and other professionals.
Through his platforms and productions, several young talents have gained visibility and developed careers of their own. These contributions should not be ignored whenever people discuss his life.
No public figure is perfect, and Adam A. Zango has never claimed to be above human mistakes. Like every other person, he makes decisions, learns lessons and continues to grow.
However, criticism should be fair, constructive and based on facts. It should not be driven by hatred, envy or the desire to destroy another person’s reputation.
There is a major difference between correcting someone and celebrating their challenges. Constructive criticism is offered with the hope that a person will improve, while malicious criticism is intended to humiliate, provoke and cause emotional harm.
Sadly, social media has made it easier for people to speak without responsibility. Many individuals publish harmful comments without considering the possible consequences for the person involved, their children, family members, colleagues and supporters. Behind every headline, photograph or viral video is a real human being with emotions and responsibilities.
Members of the public must also understand that they may not always possess the complete details of a private matter. What appears online is often only a small part of a much larger story. Judging someone based on an edited video, a short statement or an unconfirmed report can lead to injustice.
People should therefore be careful about accepting and spreading every piece of information they encounter online. Responsible citizens should verify facts before commenting, publishing or forwarding damaging claims.
Reputation is valuable, and once false information spreads widely, the harm may be difficult to reverse. It is also important for individuals to focus on their own development rather than constantly monitoring the lives of others.
A society cannot progress when people spend more time celebrating another person’s difficulties than working toward their own goals. Envy does not create wealth, opportunity or happiness. Instead, it weakens relationships and damages the moral foundation of society. The success of one person does not prevent another person from succeeding. There is enough room for everyone to grow according to their abilities, determination and destiny.
Adam A. Zango’s life journey and achievements should serve as motivation to young Nigerians, particularly those from humble backgrounds. His story demonstrates that someone can rise beyond difficult circumstances through persistence, talent and faith. It also teaches that success comes with responsibilities, challenges and public scrutiny.
Rather than waiting for celebrated individuals to fall, society should learn from their experiences, support their positive contributions and offer sincere advice where necessary. Nobody remains at the top forever, and nobody remains in hardship forever. Life is a continuous cycle of tests, opportunities, lessons and transformation.
Today, Adam A. Zango may be the subject of public discussion. Tomorrow, another person may face a similar situation. This is why compassion, fairness and wisdom are essential. People should treat others in the manner they would wish to be treated when facing their own difficult moments.
As his manager, I have witnessed his dedication to his profession, his family, his associates and the entertainment community. I have also seen the pressures, sacrifices and challenges that are rarely visible to the general public.
He remains committed to improving himself, developing new projects and contributing to the growth of the creative industry. People may have different opinions about him, and that is natural. However, disagreement should not become hatred, and criticism should not become an organised campaign of humiliation.
We must remember that only God has complete knowledge of every person’s heart, intention and destiny.
Human beings can analyse appearances, but Allah understands the full reality. Human beings can make predictions, but only Allah determines the final outcome. Therefore, people should avoid speaking as though they possess complete authority over another person’s future.
Adam A. Zango has faced criticism before, and by the grace of God, he has continued to rise. His journey has shown that setbacks can become lessons, opposition can strengthen determination and difficult moments can open the door to greater achievements.

As a society, we must replace unnecessary hatred with understanding, destructive criticism with constructive dialogue and jealousy with inspiration. We should pray for one another because nobody knows the test that may come tomorrow.
