AMG Foundation flags-off mosquito spray in Gwale LGA

Malaria disease has become one of the most dangerous diseases in Gwale Local Government Area of Kano state, as residents in the community dish out their complaints daily to relevant stakeholders for immediate intervention.

The Aminu Magashi Garba Foundation has picked interest in tackling malaria disease by supporting mosquito flag-off spray in Gwale Local Government under the leadership of the MAKAMANCHI forum.

The programs officer Malam Suleiman Umar Jalo said the AMF foundation has always supported Gwale Local Government on many interventions by enhancing well-being activities since its establishment.

However, this is the second phase of mosquito spray in Gwale LGA, and the response AMG foundation received from others.

Jalo added that the next support is to evacuate the large refuse dump which has been a threat to health and Education in Magashi quarters.

During the flag-off, the health councillor Gwale LGA hajiya Aisha Kabuga express her gratitude on behalf of the communities and vowed to keep Gwale LGA on healthy status in all her endeavours.
