Engr. Aminu Adam Takai, the CEO and Founder of the Aminu Takai Foundation and Innovation Support, has been bestowed with an honorary doctorate by the Institut Supérieur de Communication et de Gestion (ISCG University) in Benin.
This prestigious accolade, a Doctor of Humanitarian and Leadership, was presented during the 9th Matriculation and Convocation of the University.
The award serves as a recognition of Engr. Aminu Adam Takai’s commendable humanitarian efforts and unwavering commitment to community service.
The CEO, who is renowned for his philanthropic endeavors, expressed his dedication to supporting humanity through his foundation.
During the ceremony, the University management praised Takai for his significant contributions to both industrial and humanitarian spheres, urging him to maintain his impactful work.
Receiving the honorary degree, Engr. Aminu Adam Takai expressed his gratitude to the University for the honor and pledged to further contribute to the industrial growth of the nation while continuing to give back to society.
He emphasized his commitment to charitable activities, which include donations to hospitals, support for educational expenses, medical bills, empowerment programs, medical outreach, and assistance to widows and widowers.
“As a God-fearing individual, I have chosen to give back to humanity by engaging in charitable activities and assisting the less privileged and physically challenged members of our community,” Takai stated.
“This has brought me immense joy and happiness as a Nigerian, knowing that I am contributing to the development, improvement, and poverty alleviation, as well as the overall well-being of our people.”
ISCG University, established in 2013, stands as one of the foremost educational institutions in Benin Republic. The university’s bilingual academic platform offers courses in both English and French languages at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, encompassing Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, and the Faculty of Applied Sciences.
