The Civil Society Action Coalition on Education for All (CSACEFA) has expressed condolences to the family of Malam Mansir Adamu following the death of five of his children in a road accident in Gombe metropolis.
The children died on Tuesday in an accident involving a commercial tricycle and a water tanker in the Federal Low-Cost area of the state capital.
In a condolence message, CSACEFA, through Halima Ahmad Mahdi, described the incident as a devastating tragedy, lamenting the loss of five young lives with promising futures.
She said the deaths were heartbreaking and extended her thoughts and prayers to the bereaved family as it grappled with the pain of losing five children in a single incident.
Halima also conveyed her condolences to the parents, relatives, management and staff of the affected schools, the children’s classmates and the entire Jekadafari community over the tragedy.
She further prayed for the speedy recovery of other children who sustained injuries in the accident.
“May Almighty Allah forgive the shortcomings of the departed children, grant them Aljannatul Firdaus and give their parents and the entire family the strength, patience and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss,” she said.
Halima, also prayed for Allah’s comfort for the bereaved family and divine protection for children and other road users.
She called for prayers for the deceased and asked Allah to grant their family the strength to endure the painful loss.
