Kano State Deputy Governor, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo, on Sunday paid condolence visits to families in Garo, Kabo and Nasarawa Local Government Areas following the demise of their loved ones.
During the visits to his hometown of Garo in Kabo Local Government Area, the Deputy Governor sympathized with the family of Alhaji Auwalu Usaini Garo, a former Chairman of the Community Reorientation Council (CRC) in Kabo LGA, over the death of his 12-year-old son, Aliyu (Haidar), who lost his life in a road accident last Sunday.
He also visited the family of late Malam Rabo Shafiu Kofar Fada, father of Isyaku Rabiu, a childhood friend and classmate of the Deputy Governor. Malam Rabo died last Saturday at the age of 80 after a prolonged illness, leaving behind his wife, eight children and many grandchildren.
Similarly, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo proceeded to Kabo town, where he condoled with the family of late Alhaji Garba Zangon Kabo, who passed away last Wednesday at the age of 87.

The late Alhaji Garba Zangon Kabo is survived by 10 children and numerous grandchildren, including Hon. Ibrahim Zango, Special Adviser to the Chairman of Kabo Local Government Area, and Dr. Mansur Zango, a medical doctor.
The Deputy Governor also visited Dakata Kawaji in Nasarawa Local Government Area to sympathize with the family of late Hajiya Sa’adatu Muhammad, who died on Saturday night at the age of 65.
Hajiya Sa’adatu is survived by 10 children, among them Alhaji Usman EFCC, a close associate and friend of the Deputy Governor.

Prayers were offered at the various residences visited, with Deputy Governor Garo praying to Almighty Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased, admit them into Aljannatul Firdaus and grant their families the strength and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
