Residents of Kankia on Sunday turned out to welcome former Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, as he returned to his hometown following the completion of his national assignment.
Community leaders, youth groups, and other well-wishers gathered along parts of the town to receive him, expressing appreciation for his service. The reception featured modest cultural displays and greetings from supporters.
Some residents described the visit as an important moment for the community, noting that his time in office brought recognition to the area. Others highlighted his continued connection with the grassroots.
The homecoming reflected a sense of community support, as those present acknowledged his contributions and wished him well in his future engagements.
