Galadiman Kano Ango Family Extends Condolences to Kano Governor, Emir Over the Passing of Abbas Sanusi

The Galadiman Kano Ango family has expressed deep sorrow over the death of the revered elder statesman and prominent figure in the Kano Emirate, Galadiman Kano, Alhaji Abbas Sanusi.

In a condolence message released on Thursday, and signed by family representatives, Malam Abdullahi Sani Maikano and Barrister Baraatu Aliyu, the family extended heartfelt sympathies to the Governor of Kano State, His Excellency Abba Kabir Yusuf, and the Emir of Kano, Malam Sunusi Lamido Sunusi.

The statement described the passing of Alhaji Abbas Sanusi as a profound loss, not only to the traditional institution but to the entire people of Kano State.

“Alhaji Abbas Sanusi was a man of wisdom, integrity, and unwavering commitment to the growth of the emirate. His dedication to peace, unity, and cultural preservation left an indelible mark on our society. His legacy will forever inspire generations,” the family said.

The Galadiman Kano Ango family prayed for Almighty Allah to grant the late elder statesman eternal rest and to comfort his immediate family, the Emir, and the Kano community during this period of grief.
