Kano State Deputy Governor, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo, has represented Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf at the inaugural meeting of State Coordinators and Heads of Subcommittees of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council in Abuja.
The meeting, held on Tuesday at the council’s headquarters, was led by its Director-General, Senator Abdul’aziz Yari, as preparations gathered momentum for the 2027 presidential election.
Participants reviewed organisational arrangements, party coordination and key priorities ahead of the forthcoming election.
Discussions also focused on strengthening coordination among the party’s state structures and improving mobilisation efforts across the country ahead of the polls.
Garo attended the meeting on behalf of Governor Yusuf as the APC Presidential Campaign Council reviewed its preparations for the 2027 presidential election.
