Gov. Buni Condoles Katsina Governor Over Mother’s Passing

Yobe state Governor His Excellency Hon. Mai Mala Buni has condoled with his Katsina state counterpart, Gov. Dikko Radda, government and people of the state over loss of the Governor’s mother Hajiya Safara’au Umaru.

In statement by Mamman Mohammad the DG press and Media affairs to the governor said, the Governor Buni in company of Sokoto state Governor Alh. Ahmed Aliyu and the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political Affairs and Other Matters Alh. Kabiru Masari prayed to Allah to forgive her shortcomings and grant her Aljannatu Firdaus.

Gov. Buni described the death of late Hajiya Safara’u as a huge loss to the family, her community and Katsina state in general.

“She died at a time when her wise and seasoned counselling is much needed, and would be remembered for her support, guidance and generosity” Gov. Buni said.

He also prayed to Allah to grant the immediate family and the people of Katsina state the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
