Gov. Namadi Explores Economic Opportunities At 4th China – Africa Trade Expo

The Jigawa state governor, Malam Umar Namadi is heading the Jigawa State Government delegation at the 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo (CAETE).

A statement by the Senior Special Assistant Media Affairs to the governor, Hajiya Zainab Rabo revealed that the international Expo is taking place from June 12 to 15, 2023, at the Changsa International Conference Centre in Hunan Province, PeoplesRepublic of China.

The signed statement by the governor’s aide stated that “This bi-annual expo is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Government of Hunan Province.”

Hajiya Rabo explained that “The expo will focus on various sectors, including infrastructure development, youth innovation and entrepreneurship, CEO dialogue, legal services, logistics, and new energy.”

She revealed that “In addition to discussions and presentations, the expo will provide valuable exhibition and matchmaking platforms designed for African countries, Chinese provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, and enterprises from both China and Africa. ”

The Senior Special Assistant Media Affairs said
“This event represents a significant opportunity for fostering partnerships and promoting joint ventures that can enhance economic growth across both regions.”

She stressed that the “Jigawa State’s participation at the Expo underscores the commitment of Governor Namadi’s administration to engage in meaningful collaboration with investors, potentially paving the way for future economic and developmental initiatives.”
