Hardship: Sawaba Initiative Holds Special Prayers in Jigawa

The Sawaba Initiative for Humanitarian Development organised a one-day special prayer, seeking God intervention on recent untold hardship in the country.

Speaking shortly after prayers, the founder of the group comrade Umar Danjani Hadeja said, the purposes of the prayer is to seek relieve from God on untold hardship that Nigerians found themselves due to lack of good leadership.

Comrade Danjani who related the hardship with incapable leaders said, they created it intentionally to destabilize masses and loot the treasurery for their own benefit.

“Today we hold Alqunut (Special Prayers) here in Jigawa, seeking God’s intervention against tyranny leaders whom created artificial hardship on masses despite the abundance resources Nigeria blessed with. so we prayed God to change better leaders for us and Nigeria at large.

“I myself went round some villages interact and discussed with people on how they are managing to survive due to lack of food while others are dying with hunger”, Danjani said.

He then promised to continue organising similar prayers across the country and urged other good Nigerians support the move to save millions of people from the threat of hunger.
