ICPC Partners with Fika Emirate to Combat Corruption

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has partnered with the Fika Emirate Council in Potiskum as part of its efforts to combat corruption in the country.
A delegation led by the Resident Anti-Corruption Commissioner (RACC), Linus Gubbi, paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Highness, the Emir of Fika and Chairman of the Yobe State Council of Traditional Rulers, Alhaji Dr. Muhammad Ibn Abali Muhammad Idris.
The Emir, who is also a security intelligence expert, pledged his support for the ICPC’s mandate, emphasizing the importance of sustained enlightenment and sensitization in fostering a corruption-free society.
He assured the commission of the Emirate’s full cooperation in promoting ethical values and accountability at all levels.
