Ja’o’ji visits VP Shettima, pledges more support to youth

A chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kano, Nasiru Bala Aminu Ja’o’ji paid a courtesy visit to Vice President Kashim Shettima.

Ja’o’ji visited shettima at his residence at the presidential villa, Abuja.

During the visit, issues pivotal to the development of the party in Kano in particular and northern region in general were discussed.

Vice President Kashim Shettima commended Ja’o’ji on the series of empowerment programmes he executed in Kano State in 2024.

He said that the party at state and federal levels is proud of youth like Ja’o’ji who are making moves to ensure the party’s success by mobilizing youth and women from the grassroots.

In his remarks, Ja’o’ji thanked the Vice President for hosting him, saying he is committed to the party’s principle of human capital development.

He promised youth batches of empowerment programmes in 2025, saying youth and women have an important role to play in the development of the party at all levels.

In December last year, Ja’o’ji empowered thousands of youth and women in Kano State with N500 million.

Earlier, he empowered party members from 44 local government areas of Kano State with cars and motorcycles.
