Kano Pillars,a Nigerian Professional Football League side,has signed a partnership with the Rambo Insecticide Company for the provision of jersey and other training kits to the Club.
The Chairman of the club, Alhaji Babangida Umar, disclosed this in a statement made available to newsmen on Saturday.
The statement which was signed by the team’s Assistant Media Officer, Mubarak Madungurum, said under the partnership,the company would provide the facilities “as it has been the case in other climes.
It said the partnership would last for two years with an additional option of one year.
“This is just a tip of the iceberg as the team is looking for additional avenues aimed at lessening over dependence on Government.
“The details of the deal are as good as presented when the club returns from its away fixture against Sporting of Lagos in their week seven encounter in the NPFL Soccer Season,” the statement said.
It added that the chairman of the club commended Journalists for their support and cooperation in covering the activities of the “Kano Darling Club.”
