Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has congratulated the Emir of Kano, His Royal Highness Dr. Khalifa Muhammadu Sanusi II, CON, on the occasion of his 65th birthday, describing the revered monarch as an enduring symbol of scholarship, justice and selfless service to humanity.
In a goodwill message issued on Friday, the former Kano State governor extended his warm felicitations to the Emir, praying for Allah’s continued protection, wisdom and strength as he advances his lifelong commitment to the promotion of fairness, truth and national development.
“I extend my warmest felicitations to His Royal Highness, the Emir of Kano, Dr. Khalifa Muhammadu Sanusi II, CON, on the occasion of his 65th birthday,” Kwankwaso said.
He prayed that Almighty Allah would preserve the monarch and strengthen him on what he described as the noble path of scholarship, justice, fairness and unwavering devotion to his people and Nigeria.
Kwankwaso further prayed that the Emir would continue to enjoy divine guidance, good health and many more years of impactful leadership in service to the Kano Emirate and the nation.
The former presidential candidate also acknowledged Emir Sanusi’s contributions to intellectual discourse, traditional leadership and national development, expressing confidence that his wisdom and experience would remain invaluable to the country.
He wished the monarch a memorable birthday celebration and renewed his prayers for enduring peace, prosperity and progress in Kano State and Nigeria.
