Speaking on behalf of the committee, Maina Laminu praised Ado’s dedication, stating:

He further emphasized, “We lack the right words to fully describe your sterling qualities, but we continue to pray for Allah’s protection and guidance over you.”

Maina added that the Award of Excellence was a testament to Ado’s outstanding leadership and commitment to enhancing learning outcomes within a short period.

In his response, Mallam Hamisu Ado began by expressing gratitude to Allah for granting him and his team the courage and wisdom to restore the lost glory of education in Nguru town and beyond.

He attributed the success to the collective support of stakeholders, saying:

“The achievements recorded so far are due to the contributions and backing we have received from various stakeholders.”

He also acknowledged the Yobe State Government, Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), and other key partners for their roles in supporting education in the region.
