The AKY Go Again Movement successfully mobilized its women’s wing in a vibrant and colorful show of solidarity to warmly welcome the First Lady of the Federation, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, during her recent visit.
The event, marked by enthusiasm, unity, and cultural display, brought together hundreds of women from across Kano State. The gathering served as a powerful demonstration of support not only for the First Lady but also for the broader vision of inclusive national development.
Speaking on behalf of the movement, the Secretary General, Ramadan Yusuf, stated that the mobilization reflects the unwavering commitment of the movement to support leadership that prioritizes the welfare of citizens, particularly women and families.
“This colorful and impactful turnout by our women is a testament to our shared belief in purposeful leadership. We are proud to stand with Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, whose efforts continue to inspire hope and empowerment among Nigerian women,” he said.
The movement further emphasized that its loyalty and support extend beyond state leadership. According to the Secretary General, the same dedication and allegiance demonstrated toward the Kano State Governor will be extended to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“As a movement, we remain steadfast in our commitment to support progressive governance at all levels. We will continue to align with leadership that drives development, unity, and prosperity for our people,” he added.
The AKY Go Again Movement reaffirmed its role as a key mobilization platform committed to engaging grassroots communities, empowering women, and strengthening political participation across Kano State.
